BRTA is a 501(c)3 organization, so your donation is tax deductible. The fastest way is to donate through the PayPal link above. You can also mail a check to PO Box 1872, Red Lodge Montana 59068. If you’d like to speak with a board member about donating, please email info@beartoothtrails.org.

Since 2002, BRTA has developed trails and encouraged local nonmotorized recreation, thanks in part to grants and our fantastic volunteers. But especially as our operations grow, our annual budgets depend on contributions from the entire community of Red Lodge and the surrounding areas.

Any donation tremendously helps. If you'd like to help us out or give back, consider:

  • A $5,000 donation covers a year’s maintenance and repair on our grooming
    equipment.

  • A $2,000 donation allows us to purchase a season’s worth of new equipment for
the kids’ XC ski rental program.

  • A $1,000 donation pays for one day of trail work from a full Montana
    Conservation Corps crew.

  • A $900 donation pays for a month’s worth of snowplowing to access XC skiing
    on the West Fork.

  • An $800 donation pays a month of our lease at the Nordic Center.

that we incur to do a Volunteer Trail Maintenance Day with a private landowner.
